About this Session
“Liberation” is the complete dissolution of personal self-identity and unconscious conditioning allowing pure Awareness to flow without obstruction. Through self-inquiry, one turns inward to directly recognize their true nature where meditation and inquiry merge into effortless being.
Key Themes:
- Dissolution of the Separate Self: Liberation is the complete falling away of personal identity and mental conditioning.
- Self-Inquiry as the Direct Path: The question "Who am I?" turns attention inward, revealing one’s true nature beyond thought.
- Effortless Being: As the illusion of self dissolves, practices vanish, leaving only the natural state of Awareness.
This episode features real one-on-one Dyads, as practiced in the I Am Retreats led by Dan Schmidt and inspired by the Enlightenment Intensives of Charles Berner.
