Keith Kavanagh

Though Keith first started reading A Course in Miracles thirty years ago, it was only after eight long years of a severe generalized anxiety disorder that he threw himself into the Course’s process of unbinding identity from thoughts and the meeting of the shadow of sin, guilt and fear in the mind with the Course’s forgiveness practice: undoing projections and bringing the unprotected shadow to non-judgmental Awareness, meeting emotion without story.  The anxiety disorder fell away and, unexpectedly, there was an awakening from thought identification to a nondual, rather vaporous, world of incredible beauty.  

Requests for teaching from the Course community has lead to the “A Course in Miracles with Keith” YouTube Channel, Podcast, retreats, workshops and private mentoring.
